We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to inform you of a change in plans for the golf tournament has been rescheduled to October 7, 2023.

Due to the anticipated rain forecasted for this Saturday, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the event to the following October 7, 2023. This change will affect the following groups: the Youth Swing Clinic participants, The Black Legacy Open Tournament players, Tent Vendors, and Spectator Ticket Holders. We are confident that this change will ensure a more enjoyable and successful event for all involved.

We understand that this change may cause some inconvenience, but the safety and satisfaction of our participants and attendees are of utmost importance to us. We believe that rescheduling the event will allow us to provide the best possible experience for everyone involved.

We kindly request that you mark the new date in your calendars and make the necessary arrangements to accommodate this change. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

For vendors and sponsors, we would like to remind you to refer to the 2023 BGW Vendor E-Guide, which contains important logistics and details to help you prepare for the event. This guide includes information on vendor booth locations, load-in and load-out procedures, the event schedule, contact information, on-site support, and post-event details. Please ensure that you review this guide thoroughly to ensure a smooth and successful participation in the event.
